Training management software
Helps an institution manage its entire training process — from curriculum design, organising and coordinating training and building timetables, through to running teaching and learning, measuring learning outcomes and improving programme quality.
What the solution includes
- Curriculum design and management — digitising the nine-step build and five-step review and update processes
- Timetable building and management — automatic and semi-automatic scheduling, managing constraints and clashes
- Learning management (LMS) — in-person, online and blended teaching, with AI capabilities built in
- Programme learning outcome assessment — measuring PLO attainment from evidence gathered during training
Four core operational systems
These four systems are software Khoa Tri has built to a model that complies with the general regulations governing higher education in Vietnam, and they can be tailored to the particular needs of each institution. They are connected through an integration platform and a single unified database, which together form a closed training cycle.
1. Curriculum design and management
Fully digitises the process of building, appraising, issuing and updating a curriculum. The system lets faculties, departments and other units work to one consistent process that is transparent and traceable from the first needs survey through to the finished curriculum.
It is built around the nine-step process for building and the five-step process for reviewing and updating a curriculum — joining the two so the whole life cycle of a curriculum is managed in one place.
- Curriculum design and management
- Managing programme learning outcomes
- Building the matrix linking programme and course learning outcomes
- Managing course syllabuses
- Process and version control
- Reviewing and improving the curriculum
2. Timetable building and management
Digitises and optimises the whole business of building, managing and coordinating timetables: from taking in the training plan, allocating classes, teaching staff, rooms and time slots, through to publishing, adjusting and monitoring the schedule. It replaces manual, scattered scheduling with one central platform.
The system handles many factors and constraints at once while scheduling, which reduces clashes, makes better use of resources, and supports different training models on a single platform.
- Managing the data that timetabling depends on
- Building the timetable
- Automatic and semi-automatic timetable generation
- Managing constraints and clashes
3. Learning management system (LMS)
Manages teaching and learning end to end: organising courses and classes, delivering courseware, running learning and assessment activities, and tracking each learner's progress and results. It is one unified digital learning environment connecting the institution, its teaching staff, its learners, the curriculum, the courseware and assessment — and it supports in-person, online and blended models alike.
Alongside managing and organising teaching, the LMS has AI capabilities built in to help both teachers and learners: writing questions, generating tests, supporting study, and assisting with the marking and assessment of written work.
- Managing digital courseware
- Managing courses and classes
- Running teaching and learning activities
- Testing and assessment
- Tracking the learning process
- Managing the learner experience
- Learning reports and analytics
4. Programme learning outcome assessment
Measures, aggregates and analyses how far learners — and the curriculum itself — are meeting the programme's learning outcomes, drawing on the data and evidence gathered during training.
The system links programme learning outcomes to course learning outcomes, assessment activities, evidence and results, forming one continuous chain:
Programme learning outcome (PLO) → Performance indicator (PI) → Course learning outcome (CLO) → Assessment activity → Evidence → Rubric → Score → PLO achievement
- Planning learning outcome assessment
- Managing the assessment matrix
- Managing evidence and assessment criteria
- Aggregating and judging the level of attainment
- Analysis and reporting
- Alerts and support for improvement
