Digital courseware solution
Helps institutions become self-sufficient in building digital courseware, at whatever level they need: from writing teaching content in a clear, methodical and complete way, through to carrying out every step themselves to arrive at finished digital courseware.
What the solution includes
- Consistency — one shared method and process for building courseware
- Ownership — teaching staff write the subject content themselves
- Better quality — advice on structure, design, visual clarity, interaction and technical detail
- Lower cost — less need to outsource the whole production process
- Repeatable — a trained team goes on building courseware for further modules
- LMS-ready — courseware standardised for use in a digital learning environment
The solution has two parts
This model means an institution does not have to depend on an outside supplier to produce all of its courseware. Instead it builds, step by step, the capacity to create digital courseware within its own staff.
1. Transferring the method for building digital courseware
We give teaching staff and specialists the knowledge, method and skills they need to turn conventional training content into digital courseware. What is transferred covers:
- The method for building digital courseware — identifying the learners, the learning objectives, and how to move content into a digital environment.
- Designing the structure of a lesson — dividing content into topics, lessons, modules and learning units.
- Writing an online teaching script — setting out the content, images, narration, learning activities and interactions for each part.
- Designing the electronic lesson — slides, infographics, diagrams, illustrations and other visual elements.
- Multimedia production — audio, video, animation, voice-over, subtitles.
- Designing interaction and assessment — questions, exercises, interactions and in-lesson checks.
- Applying AI — using AI to help produce scripts, images, audio, video, questions and other courseware components.
- Packaging and publishing — standardising the courseware, packaging it and putting it on the LMS.
How it is delivered: training (in person or online) → practice → building a sample product → review and feedback → refinement → rolling it out more widely.
By the end of the programme the institution can organise its own team and build digital courseware for its own modules independently.
2. Designing and finishing the courseware
Producing finished digital courseware takes many stages. Where an institution would rather concentrate on the subject content and hand over the finishing work, Khoa Tri takes that on.
Design
- Advice on lesson structure and layout.
- Courseware templates and interface design.
- Slides, infographics, diagrams, charts and illustrations.
- Animation and interactive elements.
- A consistent design style across modules.
- Advice on the learner's experience in a digital environment.
Multimedia finishing
- Audio editing and processing; video processing and editing.
- Recording and voice-over where needed.
- Synchronising images, audio and narration.
- Producing and synchronising subtitles.
- Optimising image, audio and video quality.
Technical finishing
- Standardising and converting courseware formats.
- SCORM packaging, or whatever format the LMS requires.
- Handling interactive elements; optimising file size and load time.
- Testing LMS compatibility and display on desktop and mobile devices.
- Help with uploading to the LMS and clearing technical faults before go-live.
How it is delivered: the institution writes the courseware content → Khoa Tri designs and finishes it → the finished product is handed over → Khoa Tri supports the final technical stages.
