Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to: be informed; give or withhold consent; access your data; withdraw consent; have data deleted; restrict processing; request a copy of your data; object to processing; complain, denounce or bring legal proceedings; and claim compensation for damage. To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact details in the footer.
8. Data inside an institution's own system
When we deploy software for an education institution, the institution is the data controller for information about its learners and teaching staff; Khoa Tri is the data processor, acting only on the institution's instructions and under the signed contract.
- The institution owns the data and may ask for a full export, or for deletion, at any time.
- We do not use learner data for advertising or for training models.
If you are a learner wanting to exercise rights over data held in your institution's system, please contact the institution first; we will assist them.
